I have been teaching bird taxidermy courses since 2010, and have made many friends since that time. The courses I run are around 10 hours and are spread over two days. The first day consists of learning to skin the bird and cleaning and washing the skin. We then make the body ready for the second day, which is spent wiring the bird and setting-up the specimen. You then get to take your mount home to enjoy for many years to come. All courses are one to one and cost £350.
